Returns made without prior authorization will NOT be accepted.
 
ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL.  NO EXCHANGE/REFUND

- We will accept returns up to 14 days from when the merchandise is shipped out from our warehouse to you.
- Returned items must be like new and unwashed with the garment and manufacturers tags still attached. All returned items MUST be in NEW condition. This means that you should fold and properly pack items before sending them back. We take great pride in the products that we sell and hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. Please take the same care with items that you are sending back to us.
- All refunds of orders will be refunded back to the original credit card used for the order. Any returns received after said 14 day period will be eligible for store credit or exchange only.
- A credit will be applied to your account once the merchandise is received by us.
If your original purchase qualified for free shipping but you return a portion of it, your refund will be less the original cost of shipping your order to you. 
- If you return items for the purpose of exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping both the returned pieces and the cost of shipping the exchange items back to you.
- Shipping charges are never refundable. However, we will take care of all shipping fees for an item that may be defective.
- Should you wish to request a refund or need to exchange an item, please email us first at sales@scrubsnduds.com. Returns made without prior authorization will NOT be accepted.
